The department offers a plethora of specializations in the field of women’s health such as infertility, pregnancy monitoring, complications in pregnancy, puberty, menopause, golden age, contraception, endometriosis and modern surgical gynecology.

The Patricia and Russell Fleischmann Women’s Health Center is an integral part of the department and consists of 4 branches: clinical work, research, community outreach, and cooperation with other organizations. Treatments are administered by leading obstetricians from around the country who work hand in hand with national and international specialists. The department operates laboratories and institutes including the sperm bank, IVF laboratories, egg donation programs, ultrasound institutes and research laboratories. The department works closely with all medical departments at Hadassah Medical Center.
